This One of a Kind Summit Helps Building and Real Estate Executives Explore Today's IT, IoT and Wireless Networking Challenges Facing Commercial Real Estate and the Enterprise.

Shelton, CT—November 14, 2020 – TMC, Crossfire Media and Fifth Gen Media today announced the launch of the Connected Real Estate Summit, a conference and trade show collocated with TMC’s #TechSuperShow in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Connected Real Estate Summit, ITEXPO, and IoT Evolution Expo will all be collocated February 11-14, 2020 at the Greater Ft. Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center.

Attendees to Connected Real Estate Summit will explore how today's in-building connectivity options can help property owners and the enterprise deliver a long-term solution benefiting tenants, users, and all these connected devices. With the advent of IoT, smart buildings and connected devices, the landscape only gets more complicated every day.

There are more than 5 million commercial properties across the US and service providers can't realistically fund network infrastructure solutions for each. This reality is presenting new challenges and introducing opportunity. With the recent rollout of CBRS, Wi-Fi6, Private LTE, and the oncoming train known as 5G, the landscape of solution choices and how they're funded is anything but clear.

This intersection of the Connected Real Estate Summit and the #TechSuperShow delivers you a one-stop opportunity for upgrading your skill set, networking with decision makers, and getting an early look at the latest innovations. Don't miss out.

“We chose to join with this terrific event because of the opportunity for Enterprise Commercial Real Estate end users to come to one place and see so much in the way of telecom products, services and programs”, said Rich Berliner, CEO, Fifth Gen media and Publisher of Connected Real Estate Magazine. “I’m really excited to bring together the in-building solution providers and the Enterprise leaders in one room to meet and mingle. They have so much to learn from each other and we will be rolling out a number of educational conference sessions too. We expect a great turnout and a great deal of interaction between these groups.”

Featured conference sessions at Connected Real Estate Summit include:

  • 5G – The Reality and Fantasy of 5G for the Enterprise Leader
  • CBRS – The Dawn of Private Networks that You Can Own!
  • Case Studies of Well Designed and Well Installed Networks
  • Public Safety – What You Need to Know to Get Your C of O and Keep It
  • Commercial Real Estate – View from the Top: Hear from CRE Leaders on What They are Doing Inside their Buildings
  • IoT - Is it the Business Revolution that Everyone is Hoping for?
  • How to Connect with Connectivity
  • Smart Building for Facilities Managers
  • Will 5G Transform IIoT?

According to TMC CEO Rich Tehrani, Connected Real Estate Summit only adds to the value of attending ITEXPO and the #TechSuperShow in 2020.

“ITEXPO has always been the annual meeting place for communications and technology professionals to kick-off the year networking and previewing exciting technology. The addition of Connected Real Estate Summit means you can explore a new subset of emerging technologies and connect with potential partners and vendors in a focused setting. We are thrilled to enter this new partnership with Fifth Gen Media and look forward to a long and profitable relationship,” said Tehrani.
